KUMBIRA LIVE COOKING PARTICIPANTS:
1. Place cover on food (protect from contamination) for judges' tasting in display competition
2. Reminder regarding sustainability practices applied in choice of recipe and food preparation since this is part of judges' assessment
3. Preparation of modern dish for regional ingredient competition must be anchored on the classical version the competitor will cook
4. Please pay attention to deliver the proper portion sizes asked in the competition guidelines.

- REMINDERS: Orientation for the Hotel Bed-Making Challenge will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, September 25, at 2 PM via Zoom. The meeting ID is 472-098-4317 (no passcode needed).
- Please note that the Hotel Bed-Making Challenge is an INDIVIDUAL competition, not a Team of 2.
